Hugo, OK Hugo, OK Full-time Full-time $35,594 - $39,243 a year $35,594 - $39,243 a year The Hugo Lake Park Manager is responsible for the daily operation of Hugo Lake Park, Cabins, Marina, Ship Store and overall grounds.
This position is also responsible for moderately complex maintenance and repair duties.
This position performs grounds, facility and equipment maintenance as required.
Other duties assigned may include but not limited to general maintenance and repair, custodial duties, customer service and enforcement of park rules and regulations.
This position requires working outdoors and at times in inclement weather.
Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following; Represent the Agency , team and program in a professional positive manner.
Provide exceptional customer service being courteous and professional when interacting with customers who may irritated and want to voice a complaint regarding the park operations.
Maintain and administer compliance with all park rules in a friendly, professional and informative manner.
Must protect the physical and cash assets of the park.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Make reservations for Cabin Rentals, Hospitality House, Tent Camping, etc.
Obtain credit and billing information, deposits and update the reservation system accurately.
Prepare daily rental and cash reports.
Supervise other park employees as necessary in the performance of their jobs.
All park employees are required to be able to perform multiple tasks including those assigned to other park employees.
Drive park vehicles to transport materials, trash and equipment.
Work in environments of pollen, dust, insecticides, cleaning materials, equipment operations, noise, rugged terrain, insect hazards and other potentially hazardous materials using appropriate safety procedures and equipment.
Must be willing to work irregular hours.
