Pay is dependent on performance.
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required, we will train on the job.
An ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable with a positive attitude, has a self-starter mentality, great at taking initiative, maintains a high-level commitment to customer satisfaction, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership Be knowledgeable on our products and current inventory Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory Answer basic questions about financing and other optional financial products Promote the company's service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed as needed Follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction Cold call prospective buyers to generate new business Job Type:
